I designed a fan duct for a 40mm computer fan. It prints easily on a Prusa Mendel I2 with a layer height of 0.2mm. Instructions I created the part using SolidWorks, which my school provided me with a license for. I saved it as an STL file and converted it to a G-code file using Slic3r. I've also uploaded the SolidWorks file so you can adjust the angle of the nozzle if desired.
