Fan nozzle for Volcano Mod for Prusa i3 mk3

I've revised the Prusa i3 mk3 print fan nozzle to fit the extra length of the E3D Volcano. Using it for about a week now, I'm pleased with its performance. I printed it from Colorfabb NGEN Orange filament which matches the Prusa orange perfectly at 0.3mm layer height. To get the nozzle to work seamlessly, I moved the mounting point up by 8mm and added a small reinforcement to the mounting lug - a modification I made after my stock nozzle broke due to excessive stress on that very point. This revised nozzle doesn't rattle nearly as much as its predecessor.
