Fan Mounted BLTouch (multiple models including covers)

#BLTouch mount for 40mm fan. ##Concerns: Airflow restriction is not a problem, as I and many more people use fan-mounted BLTouches without issues. ### Why make your own? I wanted a mount that fulfilled all my needs: 1. Being easy printable. 2. Use all 4 corners (necessary for Noctua fans as they have extruded rubber corners). 3. Having a cover integrated (included a version without cover as well). 4. Adjustable BLTouch height (parameterizable). - Ask if you need an offset version, and I will upload it. The default version has the BLTouch centered in the circle since that fit on my Hydra fan mod (highly recommended) ### Printing notes Support should not be needed on the cover-versions, while the model without cover needs a support in the middle for the hook grabbing the BLTouch cable. ### Versions Includes different covers styles: - No cover - Has a hook for the cable to ensure no contact with the fan. - Needs support below the hook grabbing the cable. - Grid - Honeycomb - More can be requested. Each of the models has different heights available for the BLTouch. - Default: BLTouch is placed in the center of the fan (this is the one I use for my Ender 3 Pro from early 2020). - Offset_+2mm: This has the BLTouch mount raised by 2mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-2mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 2mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-4mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 4mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-6mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 6mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-8mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 8mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-10mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 10mm from the center of the fan. - Offset_-12mm: This has the BLTouch mount lowered by 12mm from the center of the fan. ### Change Notes Change notes will be updated as new faetures/changes are made. - 2020-10-15: Released - Containing 3 models: Normal, Grid and Honeycomb - All 3 models comes in 2 BLTouch heights (centered and 2mm higher from center) - 2021-03-12: Added multiple offset versions - -2mm (lowered from center) - -4mm (lowered from center) - -6mm (lowered from center) - -8mm (lowered from center) - -10mm (lowered from center) - -12mm (lowered from center) - 2021-08-23: Added Step file for others to modify as needed.
