A 40mm fan mount designed for Prusa X Carriage, compatible with slim LM8UU holder (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657). To maximize clearance from heated bed, the mount is constructed at a height. Tested successfully with J-head hot end; installation involves printing, attaching fan, and securing it to carriage via M3 screws.
