This is a cooling mount for the Ender 3 S1 Pro, I though the Y axis motor ran too hot so I created this shroud which lets you attach a 40 mm fan to the back. In my case I have powered it using a LM2596 directly from the PSU of the printer, the mounting for that can be found on my profile.
