Fan mount for Buda's hot end adapted to Greg's extruder

The original fan mount by JesusGomez (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:186143) is incompatible with a Buda adapter (accessible at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57668). This revised version aims to resolve the issue (pending real-piece testing). Buda's hot end attaches to an extruder via a special adapter, where M4 bolts enter from below and nuts have top-of-extruder-base hole placements. The "wings" feature holes for bolt insertion and screwdriver use; standard M4 bolts have 8mm heads, but a smaller head is necessary due to limited hole size. If possible, kindly print this design and share your findings.
