The Missing Link of Your Hexagon Hotend Just Got Simplified. With many of us already fed up with waiting, I embarked on this project as the manufacturer failed to deliver an available mounting option for your much-liked hexagonal hotend. This versatile part grants you two options - either printing it with or without a cable guide, the choice being all yours. The incorporation of a cable guide may take away some from the overall appearance but brings several perks; the major advantage being the flexible placement of cables which can then house your heater, thermistor and fan more safely. The primary design aspect I focused on while crafting this hotend fan mount was full compatibility with both Greg's Wade Extruder Reloaded as well as any extruders that come fitted with a groove-based mounting mechanism. Any fans of larger dimension than 25 x 25 (I'm specifically thinking here of the likes of a massive 40x40 unit) simply print up an adapter which matches exactly your requirements.
