Fan hole cover

I printed the enclosure but decided not to use a 120mm fan. This is definitely a work in progress, the holes don't line up 100%. The 120mm fan holes line up close enough to get some 3mmx10 screws through with a washer on the outside. The small fan is from the ender board, I'm new to 3d modeling so I didn't get the alignment correct before printing so I ended up just zip tying it in place through the screw holes. I included the 3ds file for anyone that wants to mess with the alignment.
