Fan holder/mount for E3D v6 Volcano

I redesigned SaldoT's E3D fan mount to fit longer Volcano nozzles and clones seamlessly. The revised part allows users to adjust the side parts downward by up to 8.5 mm, giving them more flexibility than the original design. I deliberately created a travel-based system instead of a fixed one, enabling accurate adjustments for the side fan(s). This modification also lets users switch between E3D V6 and Volcano hot-ends without needing to replace the entire fan holder. To improve durability, I replaced the cable tie used in the clamping mechanism with a screw, as it's more effective at holding polycarbonate parts together. The new design should be fully compatible with all of SaldoT's side wings.
