<p>Made my own height adjustment lock nut to replace the original which had cracked and would cause the fan to come slamming down whenever it would let go.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This should fit pedestal fans the brand shown in the photos. May work on other US made pedestal fans (1 ½-10 Thread).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Printed in Overture Matte Black on an Ender 3 at .2 layer height .6mm nozzle 4 walls and 30% infill in the orientation shown with supports inside the ID for the threads. Depending on your machine/cooling, printing in the opposite orientation without supports may suffice.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Note: You may need to bend a small aluminum flange straight to remove the inner threaded sleeve and old lock nut. It is very simple to bend a couple of spots back in if desired or just leave it as is, all that will happen is the fan will now be able to be separated into 2 pieces when the lock nut is loosened and you pull the top half all the way out of the bottom half. &nbsp;</p>
