All STL files have been run through Netfabb Cloud, ensuring their validity. To achieve the best print settings, try minimal layer heights (around 50 microns), a nozzle size of 0.05556 mm in Cura for the Play, and use 100% infill with slow printing speeds (30mm/s). The Fan Guard Iris_fixed.stl design is particularly challenging... Classic grilles are available in ring thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 0.8mm. Choose the slice that works best for you - I prefer using the 0.6mm variant, which Cura slices easily with a 0.4mm nozzle (included with the Play), while the 0.4mm variant requires adjustments to the shell thickness. I offer no guarantees about safety! Use these designs at your own risk! I have not evaluated the airflow characteristics of any of these grilles.
