Fan Guard/Filter Holder
thingiverse
Here is the rewritten text: A 4-inch fan shield or screen holder for a standard fan that I built using very long screws with nuts to securely hold the fan in place within an enclosure, followed by cutting a piece of thick filter material approximately one-half inch in thickness to fit over the shield. Nuts were then used to attach the guard to the back of the enclosure. This was a relatively straightforward print, featuring no overhangs. I created it from silver-colored PLA material using layers that were .21 mm thick, with two infill fills on both the top and bottom, as well as five perimeter prints around its exterior. The design proved sufficient without requiring extensive internal support.
