This single extruder version was printed on a Replicator v1 with 'Medium' MakerWare settings (0.27mm layer height), using support and 100% infill, with three shells. Though support did not work effectively, it could be fitted in place after some cleanup with an x-acto blade. For a better print, one may use the high quality setting or lower the layer height to 0.15mm. The item is available on Tinkercad. Key features include protection of fan blades from objects and prevention of air blowing onto printed parts, achieved through its fan shroud.
