This replacement fan is designed for a 20-year-old Harbor Freight Tools Air Compressor, boasting a striking resemblance to their latest model (26 Gal, 150 PSI 1.8HP). However, I'm confident it will seamlessly fit numerous other models and manufacturers. The fan itself measures 6 inches in diameter and 1 inch wide with an impressive 10 fins, moving a substantial amount of air. The fan's mounting system is centered around a 1/2 (14mm) D-Shaped shaft secured by a standard C-clip, ensuring a secure fit. Printing this replacement fan at 100% infill took approximately six hours, but the end result is well worth it due to its extremely fast spin rate. I would strongly advise against printing with less than 100% infill. Two files are included for your convenience: a .STL file and a SolidWorks part file. The latter allows you to modify or remix the design as per your requirements.
