Fan Filtering Unit
thingiverse
This is a fan filtering unit designed for any printer enclosure, perfect for use in conjunction with the Nilfisk AirCare HEPA filter and a 92x92mm fan. I successfully installed it into the Prusa Printer Enclosure V2. Size: The dimensions are 145*134mm, approximately 60mm deep when using a 25mm fan. To assemble this unit you will need: 4 M4x35mm screws 4 M4x20mm screws (for mounting on a 3mm Acrylic sheet, adjust to your specific needs) 8 M4 nuts 1 92x92mm fan. (I used a 230VAC unit running on the printer's mains in combination with a temperature controller and a SSR) 1 Nilfisk HEPA filter (GM 200 - 499 series) 1 Universal carbon filter for kitchen hood, cuttable. (optional) You can use the FFU_Grid_DrillAssist part to mark the desired location for cutting out the filter. After marking your filter cut out and drilling holes remove the four corners from the model using a snap-off knife.
