I had issues printing this with Cura and Slic3r so I added permanent supports and these printed perfectly in Cura. The E3D Hypercube Fanduct has a thicker layer inside the top bridge where it slots into the main mount; the rest remains untouched. The settings I used were in Cura: 0.15mm layer thickness, 60mm/sec speed, no support.
