I use this with an X5ST-500x500x600 (also works with CR10 and Ender3). First, rotate the heating block so the heating cartridge is on the back side. Then, put the part together. For best results, I recommend using an E3D-style heatblock with a silicone sock around it to avoid overheating layerfan ducts and prevent airflow from going back onto the heatblock. It also works with the stock heating block. Edit: 14/04/2020 - New version added with extreme airflow openings (file 4). Edit: 21/04/2020 - A narrower version was added, featuring fins to guide airflow directly under the nozzle (file 5).
