I had trouble getting my fan to fit on WhateverWillSee's original, so I made some changes to get it working right. I used Microsoft 3D builder to slice the fan mount off and scale it down just a bit, then added thickness by making a copy of it and putting it inside the original. It printed out perfectly, and my fan fitted in place but the screws I was using wouldn't let my 3D Touch fit, so back to 3D builder I went. This time, I sliced out the Bltouch/3D touch mount, shifted it out by about 5mm, and inserted a scaled cube in the gap left. Now, it's printing out, and hopefully it will work out okay despite some gaps and overlaps showing up because of 3D Builder's lack of precision. I probably should have updated this sooner, but fortunately the second modification worked out perfectly for me. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of the finished part because I fitted it in then recalibrated the Z offset since the new mount was giving me too much squish compared to the mount I was using before.
