Always run the fan when using a heated surface, and follow instructions for printing. To use the provided STL file from Autodesk Inventor 11, fix automatic in NetFabb, enlarge the object 10x, add 4% for thermal expansion of ABS, and print on a strong raft rotated 150 degrees around the X axis.
