Fan duct for E3D V6 hotend upgrade
thingiverse
I MADE SOME BIG CHANGES! Uploaded a revised version as requested by my buddy - now it's only 33mm long and still working fantastically well, which is a huge space-saver on the X axis! I made some adjustments to make it stronger and fit perfectly with the x-carriage. I created this duct to be used between the original E3D duct and the E3D fan, so you can still use the original part on your MendelMax 1.5+ with a 50mm X axis spacing. To print it out: - Use at least three walls and two top/bottom layers. I printed mine in PLA using 195°C for layers and 0.2mm resolution, with 20% infill, 3 shells, and 3 top/bottom surfaces.
