This new fan duct, designed for the E3D All metal hot end, replicates the official version's basic shape but was built from scratch in SolidWorks. It boasts a smoother internal transition and adjustments in fan hole spacing for better fitting. The pictured duct is made of PLA, which isn't ideal for high temperatures but has caused no issues yet. The screw holes accommodate M3x16 machine screws for securing the 30mm fan. For printing, use 4 perimeter layers, 0.25mm layer height and 50% rectilinear infill. Print at least two at a time to allow for adequate cooling.
