I downloaded this fan print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1547256, printed it out and it warped up when running the hot extruder. When I opened the file, I saw thin little walls inside. Editing the native file in OpenScad did not lead to normal results due to calculation errors. I redid it on my favorite Compass software with a 2mm wall thickness, moved the head to the left. Overall, I removed flaws that bothered me. Author gets a 5 for the idea. Works like a charm. If you extrude insulation, it's even super. Have a great day.
