Fan duct and mini blower holder for Sunhokey Prusa i3.
thingiverse
I received my Sunhokey Prusa i3 yesterday and while it's a great value for the money, it needs some upgrades to become a really good printer. This mount replaces the two included printed fan holders and lets both cold end coolant airflow pass around the heatsink by adding two small 35x35x10 mm blower fans. You can mount other fan dimensions as long as they aren't much bigger than that. I used two Unitedpro B3510X05B 5 V fans connected in series to drive them both with 6 V. I design my parts around things I already have on hand. The blower mounting tabs are designed for M2,5 screws of the right length for your fan and you can also use self threading if needed. The other screws come from the Prusa i3 kit which uses M3x12 and M3x16. Print Settings Rafts: Don't matter. Supports: Yes. Infill: I usually use 15. Notes: Print it in the orientation that makes sense to you. You'll need to use supports under everything except for the tabs that contact the bed, since most of the supported surfaces are hidden by the cold end fan anyway.
