Hi there! This is my maiden voyage to Thingverse, so go easy on me. I'm all ears for constructive feedback - anything that helps improve my designs is greatly appreciated! Before we dive in, a quick note: PLEASE UPSCALE THIS DESIGN x 10 IN YOUR SOFTWARE (It's measured in centimeters, not millimeters). Apologies for the inconvenience, but I had an issue with the STL export that I'm currently troubleshooting. This part is designed to direct airflow above the thermal break on your hotend. It increases air circulation by rising 1 cm from the fan base. The example picture was printed using a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.3 layer height. This design measures 30cm 'long' (from the fan to the hot end) and is intended for use with a 40mm fan. The design incorporates M3 nut slots for easy mounting.
