It`s a slip on fan cover for an standard Intel CPU fan. The Intel CPU fan has a diameter of 95mm if you cutoff the motherboard connectors. I used this fan to silence my Ender3 PSU. The fan was glued onto this 80mm Fan PSU cover: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3570785 It´s a silent way to get rid of your electronic leftovers :)
