Fan Cover for Damaged 40mm Fan

The edges of my fan's case were compromised due to inadequate planning in its attachment system to the carriage assembly. A straightforward flat fan cover was not sufficient, so I designed this one to wrap around the outside of the fan for added stability. Given that my fan only utilizes the bottom two holes for attachment, I incorporated pins to prevent the cover from tilting outward at the top. The Aperture Science emblem is also present, as it seemed like a fitting addition. The entire assembly is intended to be quite secure, which might require some force to install properly. If it becomes too tight, scaling up the design slightly may be necessary.
