fan blower shroud
thingiverse
This is a versatile two-part fan blower mount designed to work seamlessly with various printer settings. To create this bracket, I used a technique called printing upright with rafted legs pointing upwards. Since there's no support present, the resulting print often lies flat on its back. However, if you need it in an upright position, place your fan at 60 degrees with raft and supporting leg touching the bed. For mounting screws to secure the blower firmly in place, make small holes by inserting a thin tool, such as a knife or any similar pointed object into a carefully aligned spot. Since the blower has to fit a 40mm fan snugly while securing itself using three millimeter machine screws, be cautious not to overtighten, as it might cause the parts to become distorted.
