This project was a collaboration on a sterling engine powered fan where these blades generated considerable thrust. They pose printing challenges, but can be successfully printed by positioning them upright and rotating them approximately 10-15 degrees around the Z axis. It is recommended to print with low resolution and use a raft. **Vital Printing Notes** Print at precisely 210 C and 70mm/min to avoid distortion of thin blade features due to excessive heat and speed. *** Hub Section*** This model was specifically modified for upright printing by trimming the edges. Align it with the trimmed side facing the build surface, ideally rotated around its axis by approximately 45 degrees. Print using a raft and supports to ensure proper layer adhesion and minimize any deformation of the thin features during printing. Sorry for the large file size; SolidWorks export was done at its maximum resolution. https://youtube.com/watch?v=len5CaZl60s
