Fan Blade Remplacement
thingiverse
I share it anyway;). I broke my fan blade into a thousand useless pieces, so I made a new one that's about 12 inches when assembled. The hub is split in two parts - one holds the blades in place, while the other secures it with epoxy glue. The middle hole fits an 8mm shaft perfectly. Be sure to check your fan blade before printing, as some may use a different system like flat-milled shafts instead of gooves like mine. I adjusted the part orientation, but don't forget to add a brim to hold the blade in place securely. I'm extremely satisfied with this result - it works just like new.
