This is an assembly engineered to supply a fan-boosted flow of ambient air over an outdoor-mounted temperature and humidity sensor installation, supported by a sturdy pole or equivalent structure. Three distinct configurations are provided, each accompanied by a separate Bill of Materials (BOM), comprising a comprehensive list of essential components for seamless integration. The configurations include a design optimized for secure mounting on a 1-inch outer diameter pole (3/4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe), a bottom-mounted 90-degree bracket, and a top-mounted 90-degree bracket. This assembly employs an off-the-shelf 40 x 40 x 20 mm, 12-volt DC fan for efficient air circulation; users can opt for alternative voltages or airflow ratings based on specific application requirements. A significant number of components are shared across all three configurations, ensuring streamlined production and reduced material waste. Currently, the screens are successfully utilized in conjunction with a WiFi-enabled weather station from wunderweatherstation.wordpress.com.
