Added a fan & sensor support + a fan air nozzle to the hotend design by Fernando Garcia, enhancing functionality and performance. STEP and Fusion 3D files are also available for easy modification and printing. 2017-06-11 Update: A new variant of the Fan & sensor holder has been designed specifically for the BL-Touch sensor, offering improved compatibility and versatility. Print Settings: Supports: Yes Resolution: Medium (0.2mm layer height) is recommended for optimal results. Infill: 40% density is suggested to achieve a good balance between weight and structural integrity. Notes: Printing this design can be challenging due to its complex geometry, but printing it with the fan mount holes facing the bed and using extensive support material can help mitigate issues. The nozzle performs best when printed with the air outlet facing upwards. Post-Printing: Be patient during the removal of supports, as this process can be labor-intensive. Printing with ABS material will make this step significantly easier and more efficient.
