I designed a custom mounting system for my E3D v6 Hotend specifically to accommodate a 40mm fan instead of the standard 30mm fan. To accomplish this upgrade, you'll need the following components: 4x M2.5 screws to secure the adapter 4x M4 screws to support the new fan Update: Version 1.1 has been released, allowing users to repurpose the M2.5 screws that came with the Hotend and forgo purchasing additional M2.5 screws.
