I use this Fan Adapter to connect a 90er Fan directly to a 100mm Spiral Duct. The tube is designed to protrude only 96mm outside, leaving ample space for a foam seal to be installed. I position the holes at 82x82mm from the fan itself, while keeping them 87mm away from the inside of the fan housing. To complete the setup, I connect the tube to a 25mm plug.
