Fan Adapter 40 to 60 90°

I've installed a Microswiss Hotend, requiring a new fang to be printed. To achieve this, I opted for a different design initially. First, I created one with a 50 mm radial fan, but unfortunately, it was extremely loud. Seeking a quieter solution, I turned to Cursor67's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2819664) and designed an adapter for a 60 mm fan. The result is now a pleasant quietness.
