I built a fan to cool some electrical components on a PCB. It's a compact 60x60mm fan that fits snugly in tight spaces. The motor I chose is a sturdy round 24mm motor with a robust 2mm axle, which can be easily sourced from online marketplaces like eBay by searching for RF-300c-11440. When powered at 5V, the motor draws approximately 0.1A of current, while operating at 9V requires about 0.2A of power.
