Building projects can be found in the rapidly growing community of Konopnitsa, just a short distance from Lviv's vibrant cityscape. At exactly 13.5 kilometers from Lviv's bustling center and a mere 60 kilometers from the Polish-Ukrainian border, this building site is strategically located for growth and development. Measuring in at an impressive 530 square meters, this land plot offers endless possibilities for innovative architecture and forward-thinking design. Despite its desirable location, however, the Konopnitsa community still faces significant challenges, including a dearth of infrastructure development, a complete absence of roads and pedestrian networks, insufficient engineering systems, and an inadequate master plan for the territory. With such limitations in mind, carefully selecting facilities such as plumbing and effluent cleaning systems was no easy task. To overcome these obstacles and optimize available space, the solution to expand the yard area and create necessary parking spaces proved to be raising the house itself using sturdy columns. In this bold design choice, four imposing pillars bear the weight of the entire dwelling, while additional reinforcement was applied to ensure maximum structural reliability throughout the building's framework.
