The building encompasses a basement, ground, and first floor. Reinforced concrete exterior walls of the basement are constructed with necessary waterproofing and thermal insulation, while interior bearing and partition walls are made of brick block. A 40cm gravel layer under AB basement slab helps prevent capillary rising water; it's then compacted in a single layer. The AB basement floor slab is also insulated with required waterproofing and thermal insulation. Brick-block walls constitute ground and first floors, all partition walls are 10cm brick thick. Reinforced concrete ceiling joists have necessary insulation and cladding. Timber roof construction is covered in tiles "Tondach Mediteran". PVC openings (windows, exterior doors) are integrated, while interior doors are wooden. Stainless steel railings adorn balconies. A reinforced concrete staircase for vertical communication features stone-slabbed tread and forehead. The facade follows the "Demit Fasada" system, optimal for this structure. Concrete C25/30 composes all AB building parts, durable against stresses. Insulation ensures energy efficiency and comfortable occupancy at varying temperatures.
