The BackOffice VAMP AV board for the original Famicom is great. It does leave a bit of a hole in the case when you fit it as the original PSU/RF modulator board has to be removed. This covers up those spaces. It's a little bit rough and ready but it does the job. I've found it best to print it on its side and use supports.
