False Panel Spacers and Retention Screws
thingiverse
I have two high-performance computers installed within a single, sleek case - the Thermaltake Core W200. As expected, housing two computers in one enclosure presents cable management challenges due to visibility issues when concealing cables on one side causes them to be exposed on the other. Therefore, I resorted to purchasing sheets of 24"x24"x1/8" ABS panels and custom-cutting them to fit snugly within the case. To create a false bottom for cable concealment, I required spacers that would establish a void beneath the motherboard tray. These spacers measure 24mm in height and are securely fastened on either side of the motherboard tray. The cut-to-fit ABS panel is then carefully positioned against the spacer, and the screw hole is marked and drilled into the plastic. Finally, the included screws are used to hold the ABS panel firmly in place.
