False ceiling 3 inch pole cap
thingiverse
Follow me on instagram @wiseprints206 to see what else I'm making! Essentially, this design is meant to snap around a 3-inch support beam that passes through a false ceiling. The false ceiling was crumbling where the beam entered, and a cap that fits snugly onto the beam was needed to cover up the mess - this design should fix the problem once and for all. I designed them with inches in mind, not millimeters, so when they're placed on the build plate, they'll be 6 mm long from end to end, rather than 6 inches. Simply scale it up to inches by sizing it up 2540 percent. Side note: I had to select Lulzbot Mini 2 on the printer list before publishing, but I didn't actually print this design on a mini 2 - and I'm not even sure if it will fit on the bed or not.
