This large Book Prints in 2 simple pieces, (plus the decorative gems, but 10mm adhesive gems can be used as well) and the book has working hinges which are print in place so there is little assembly. Simply snap the pages into the book cover, and add gems to cover if you'd like, and your good to go! There are additional STLs included for a dice/token box, as well as a deck holder, and an option for double-sleeved 100 card decks as well.  Inside the cover is a Showcase Frame slot for your Commander. The Showcase Frame fits a standard Toploader card sleeve. This book is designed to fit standard sized (2.5" x 3.5") Trading Cards such as Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, or Flesh and Blood, as well as the smaller cards like Yugioh.   Here is a link to a tolerance test I made that uses the same hinge settings as this book, if you'd like to test print a quick test piece to see how well your printer handles the print-in place hinges before printing the full design. :)
