I drew my own design for a breather since I couldn't find one that was precise enough. The base and top are separated for easier printing, which is still pending. The simple ring inside the base allows you to insert a hardware store screen and have it press in if desired for holding purposes. I've included versions with and without printed screens so users can make their own choices, as Americans tend to like having options available.
