Fallout : Vault Boy Bobbleheads Shelf (Remix for Makerbot print bed)
thingiverse
This is a customized version of nasooralj's "Fallout: Vault Boy Bobbleheads Shelf" that has been broken down into sections suitable for printing on a Makerbot Replicator print bed. The original model was 12 inches wide, which is too large to fit on a standard Replicator. At the same time, 12 inches is too narrow to comfortably hold seven Fallout 4 bobbleheads in one row. Parts have been successfully tested on a Replicator Dual and Replicator+. No supports are required with the default orientation, but may be needed for some slight overhang if you change rotation. For the rectangular parts, you only need to print either the solid or hollow part; both are not necessary. If you choose to print the six solid pieces instead of the hollow parts, it is recommended to use minimum fill or equivalent. If your software does not have a minimum fill option, 10% infill has been tested, but 5% should be strong enough. If you decide to use the hollow versions for those parts, two base caps will need to be printed for the underside of the bottom back parts as well. Caps are not required for the top or middle pieces since they will be hidden by the adjoining parts. Follow the layout images for placement. A full print with rafts may require 1.8 kg of filament or more. Once assembled, total dimensions of this resized and split version of the shelf are 15 inches wide x 10.7 inches deep x 7.9 inches tall (381mm X 272.4mm X 201.7mm).
