I created a remix of the Fallout Battle Helmet by Chalter, integrating it with my Ender 3 filament roller guide designed in Fusion 360. To achieve smooth filament flow after experiencing hangups during some prints, I attached a 608 bearing roller to the top. Utilizing Silk Copper filament, I added battle scars and applied silver and black paint for a worn appearance. Cura seamlessly merged the two designs, resulting in an STL export that exceeded my expectations.
