This is a detailed replica of the Pipe Pistol from Fallout 4. Caution - The finished model (the actual STL file) is significantly larger than it should be; if you intend to print it (only the already assembled model, the individual part models are accurately sized), you should reduce its size. I'm unsure by how much, so test between 80-60% scale reductions. I printed my version using copper and wood filler to achieve a remarkably realistic appearance. Most components were designed with extremely thin bridges connecting them, which will not print unless your printer has an incredibly low layer height of approximately 0.001mm, so there's no need to worry about these sections. The barrel is over 300mm long, making it unsuitable for smaller printers; you'll need to cut the model and reassemble it using glue. This approach should work fine, provided you don't encounter any issues with fitment. The same applies to other parts that may not fit within your printer's capabilities (although the spring might be an exception).
