From Fallout: New Vegas add-on Gun Runners' Arsenal. A Swiss SIG-Sauer 14mm handgun was modified to fire 12.7mm ammunition, designed specifically for long-range hunting or target shooting. It was imported from the European Commonwealth into the United States before the Great War broke out. Despite being fairly common in the early survivor era, serviceable units have quickly disappeared. Li'l Devil is a special version of the 12.7mm pistol that deals more damage, fires faster, has a greater chance of critical hits, and costs less AP to use. It's also more accurate than standard pistols. The barrel on Li'l Devil is shorter, and it features a black synthetic grip. Like most unique guns, modifications cannot be made to this weapon.
