Fallout Laser Rifle Fix

Fallout Laser Rifle Fix

After printing Mr_Jummy's laser rifle design, I noticed several areas that could be improved upon. From a subjective perspective, these modifications might have been better executed by someone with experience in 3D modeling, but since I had none, my results are likely open to interpretation. Most of the fixes were aimed at minimizing the need for reprinting entire parts, given my limited resources and time constraints. With that said, I added a thicker trigger handle and integrated it into the first section of the stock for enhanced stability while maintaining the original thickness at the top for compatibility with standard components. I also included a functional trigger, as this was an essential feature in my opinion. Furthermore, I added a tab to the hand guard's top surface, providing a stable area for gluing purposes. Additionally, I enhanced the front of the hand guard with some detailed features, taking into account that not all printers can reproduce intricate designs accurately. For those who may encounter similar issues, I created an alternative version with a flat front, catering to printers that might struggle with such details. In another modification, I adjusted the back of the hand rest to overlap with the trigger handle, matching its appearance in the game. Finally, I incorporated a non-functional reload mechanism to cover the hole on the side where this feature was intended to be located.
