Fierce beasts, known as feral ghouls, have given up on rational thought and now roam aggressively. Many ordinary humans harbor biases against ghouls who manage to retain their mental acuity due to a widespread assumption that this savage state is the inescapable fate of every ghoul. Directly imported from Fallout 4 with the only modification being to the visual appearance.
