Fallout 4 - Pipboy 3000 MkIV

Support me on Patreon here https://www.patreon.com/lilykill, and help me create and access more great models. Here's my take on the new Pipboy 3000 MkIV from Fallout 4. My design features an operating tape deck and removable game cartridges (for show), and it fits all the phones that the Fallout 4 Pipboy edition can hold. Just like in the real Pipboy edition, some foam will be needed to pack around your phone so it stays safe inside. For some of the hinges, 3mm dia steel rod has been used as a printed pin just won't be strong enough. Enclosed in the file pack is a set of instructions and diagrams for assembling the tape deck - it can get quite fiddly, so this will guide you through. It currently uses an 8mm dia x 0.5-0.9mm wire for the spring, which is approximately 30-40mm long. This size isn't exactly known as I'm still experimenting to find what feels right. The cassette deck also uses two elastic bands - their sizes and use are detailed in the instructions. These may be replaced with tension springs once I get some and try them out.
