Fallout 4 Logo

Working on building a Fallout 4 PS4 frame, this is the first and most crucial part - the Fallout logo. Tracing it manually using splines in Adobe Illustrator CS6 based on the Fallout 4 logo from a trailer screen capture. The model is divided into three files: the frame, the bolt, and the letters. Coming across several minor issues with the original design, I've updated it to have cleaner lines and thicker walls. There are now two versions of the letters - one matching the frame precisely and another 0.5mm thinner on all sides to account for the frame shrinking when it cools (and printer settings). I decided to print the frame in silver, the letters in black, and the lightning bolt in clear-orange, which allows light to shine through the lightning bolt. Post-Printing A Few Helpful Tips For the most part, the fits on the letters (using the thinner letters) were very tight. I had to file a couple of sides and corners to achieve smooth fits. One image shows that I was overly aggressive in a few areas, so be cautious.
